We ship using DPD Next Working Day Delivery as standard on UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland).
Orders placed before 2PM Monday – Thursday will be dispatched same day where possible.
Orders placed before 2PM on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Saturday to most UK postcodes, however, please note delivery may not arrive until the Monday if service is 1-2 days.
Please note, during SALE periods, deliveries may take 1-2 days longer than specified above. All transit times given are to be used as a guide. All customers will receive DPD tracking information via email or text.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the return as long as your item(s) unused, in it's original condition and with the tags still attached, within 28 days of delivery for a refund. If you require a new size/colour, please place a new order. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your parcel. Please complete this form in its entirety to ensure we can process this as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return, we ask for 7 working days to process your refund. Please note we do not offer free returns. Any postage charges incurred when returning items will be at your own cost.
