Shipping

For UK orders over £99, shipping is free and we use DPD Next Day Service (excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands).

For UK orders under £99, the 'Standard' (£5) option is shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. The 'Express' (£8) option is shipped via DPD Next Day Service.

Orders placed before 2PM Monday – Thursday will be dispatched same day where possible.
Orders placed before 2PM on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Saturday to most UK postcodes, however, please note delivery may not arrive until the Monday if service is 1-2 days.

Please note, during SALE periods, deliveries may take 1-2 days longer than specified above. All transit times given are to be used as a guide. All customers will receive tracking information via email or text.

Returns

To return an item(s), please complete the returns form included in your original order, with clear indication to the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange, credit or refund. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your parcel.
