The collection is largely outerwear, leather/suede footwear and accessories with classic and timeless investment pieces across the collections. Each brand compliments the other and brings something different for the varied clientele OLIAMI has established.




Due to ongoing and expansive growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join us on our journey to evolve as part of the premium brand. You will be responsible for working within the in-store team to achieve ambitious sales targets and excel in providing first-class customer service with a conscious effort to increase loyalty, customer retention and generate new business.


To provide exceptional levels of customer service and to surpass customer expectations. Dedicated to meeting the needs of customers, improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.


  • Work as part of the team to achieve sales growth and improvements in level of service.

  • Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results: sales v budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.

  • Ensure “door to floor” best practices with visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room are being executed; continually review these to ensure they are consistent.

  • Become experts in our product portfolio, to be aware of new developments in each of the brands, identifying customer needs and answer product related questions. Respond to enquiries regarding locations, price, features, benefits across the entire product ranges.

  • Minimize loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed.

  • Maintaining store standards and assisting with VM when required.

  • Consistently making decisions that enhance the customer experience in the store.




  • Driven sales person with a strong work ethic and professionalism.

  • Experience working within a retail brand environment. (Desirable but not essential)

  • Client centric and focused on exceptional service standards.

  • Lateral and willing to adapt and take on new challenges.

  • Self-motivated, energic with an eye for detail maintaining a high standard in the store environment.

  • Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and can effectively cope with change.

  • Energetically and authentically show a clear presence on the shop floor, with a ‘can-do’ approach with the ability to act with initiative to find in store solutions.

  • Can learn quickly and be versatile when faced with challenges.

  • Flexible with working hour

Event Sales Associate


After a two-year hiatus, the shows are back and we are offering an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a growing Scottish family-owned, independent business! OLIAMI is a high-end luxury retailer synonymous with offering an extraordinary, first-class bespoke customer experience. OLIAMI boasts an eclectic lifestyle collection and is home to a variety of unique brands such as Ralph Lauren, Holland Cooper, Fairfax & Favor as well as championing Scottish designers and manufacturing. With a strong online presence and social media following, events play a pivotal role in our growth. As a result, we are looking for energetic, passionate Sales Associates to join our ever-growing, friendly team across the country at multiple events. This is a brilliant opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury, and to help grow a brand with international ambitions. Hours: Seasonal ad hoc, May - September. Due to the nature of the events calendar, weekend work and frequent overnight stays will be required. Hourly rate will be discussed in person. Accommodation & subsistence will be covered.


Key responsibilities/Personal skills required:
  • Assisting the events team in their set up and pack down of the trade stand.

  • Strong interpersonal skills
