In order to save you some valuable time, we have filled out some of our FAQ's below to help you with your queries.

Where is my order?

You can track your order via the link included in your dispatch email (make sure you double-check this hasn’t ended up in your junk folder) all you need is your tracking number and postcode. Your dispatch email will inform you which courier will be delivering your parcel.

Not received a dispatch email? The below might help:

  1. Standard Delivery can take up to 5 working days.
  2. Express Delivery orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1 - 3 days. Please note, if you order after 5pm on Friday your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If your estimated delivery timescale has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact our customer service team via the form below and they will do their best to investigate this for you.

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your online order, you can return this to us at our warehouse facility via the address below:

(All purchases made in store, can be returned to our two stores in Auchterarder or Glasgow)

Unfortunately as we have opted to offer free shipping to our customers on orders over £99, we cannot offer free returns, all returns costs will be liable to the customer.

Please note: If your order is over X (value) we recommend ensuring that your return is insured via 1st class etc

How can I exchange an item for another size?

Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post, or returning your order to store if the replacement product is in stock. Please note we can only exchange for like items in the same size or colour.

Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with in your order, providing the item(s) is returned in an unused and sellable condition within 29 days of receiving your purchase.

Where is my refund?

If you have returned something to us for a refund, it can take up to 5-10 days to process your return once we receive it into our warehouse.

Once we have processed your refund, this normally takes around 3-5 working days to go back into your account though, due to banking processes, the process can take up to 10 working days.

If you’ve paid by PayPal, it can also take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Klarna refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

My courier said my parcel has been delivered, but I don't have it?

Before contacting us please make sure your order hasn’t been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If your order hasn’t been left elsewhere please contact us with your order number and email address and we can assist you.

If there is an item missing from your order or you have received the incorrect items please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
